I saw Ly Hoang Ly's work and performance at Mills last night. Really enjoyed how she pushes boundaries and engages the audience. In conversation, it's clear that she considers that participation and change a marker of a work's success. My husband took some great photos and would like to send them to her, if you could advise.

In later discussion it became clear that broader involvement, response and change is part of how she gauges the success of a work. Dear Kathleen: I would be glad to put you in contact with Hoang Ly. I'm sure she would appreciate having the pictures. Please contact me at viridian@hotmail.com so that we can make those arrangements. I am a friend of her father, Hoang Hung, and had my first personal meeting with her the other evening at Mills.
